1. General Terms

1.1 Rockstar Studios provides audio and video production services as outlined on our website.
1.2 All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 All bookings require a confirmation via email or phone.
2.2 Payments are due as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
2.3 Services will not commence until payment terms have been met.
2.4 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled booking will not incur charges.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may incur a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
3.2 Clients are responsible for bringing any required materials or equipment not provided by the studio.
3.3 Clients must respect studio rules, staff, and equipment. Any damage caused by the client may result in charges for repair or replacement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All recordings, mixes, and productions created by Rockstar Studios remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received.
4.2 Clients retain rights to their own creative content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Use of studio materials or resources for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

5. Studio Policies

5.1 Smoking, drinking, or eating near studio equipment is not allowed.
5.2 Guests are welcome but must adhere to studio rules.
5.3 The studio reserves the right to terminate a session if behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

6. Liability

6.1 Rockstar Studios is not liable for any loss of data, materials, or recordings unless caused by negligence on our part.
6.2 The studio is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.
6.3 Clients are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings while on studio premises.

7. Disputes and Governing Law

7.1 Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled in accordance with South African law.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
